Effective immediately, running thru 11/1/08, we are running a contest to recognize and reward NPC growth.

Program terms and conditions:
- Starting today, 7/23/08 and concluding midnight 10/31/08 we will track the number of new NPC customers added
- To qualify as a new customer the account must not have been active with us—Tribul and/or NPC—for the 3 most recent months. This means the merchant had to have stopped working with us, thru Tribul or NPC, as of April 22, 2008. Anyone attempting to flip Tribul accounts to NPC will be automatically disqualified. New business only!
- There will be 2 awards categories:

Offices: The office that closes the greatest number of new NPC deals
between now and 11/1/08 will win $10,000.00. The minimum qualifier to win is 300 new closed accounts between today and deadline. In other words if the office generating the most NPC deals over this time achieves only 299 no prize will be awarded. If there is a tie the $10,000.00 will be split evenly (i.e. $5000.00 if there are 2 qualifying winners, $3333.33 if there are 3, etc) |

Sales People: The sales person closing the greatest number of new NPC deals between now and midnight 11/1/08 will win $10,000.00. The sales person finishing with the second greatest number of closed deals over the contest timeframe will earn $5,000.00. The minimum qualifier for sales people is 50 closed new NPC deals during the contest’s duration. Again, prize monies will be evenly divided on any ties. |

Note: Yes, it is possible that all 3 prizes can come from the same office just as it is possible we can award an office and not sales people or sales people and not an office (for failing to hit minimums) |
